How does Bali decide the Recruiting Team Structure?

We have taken the guess work out of structuring the optimal recruiting team to get the job done. The Bali team has, analyzed data including performance and variables across 60+ projects into a reliable internal web application which recommends sourcers and recruiters needed for each engagement.

I just need help building pipeline for a few critical roles, do you do that?

We have you covered. We can quickly ramp-up an experienced recruiter to accelerate passive talent into your hiring funnel.

What if I’m scaling fast and need a whole team, for example, several sourcers, recruiters, and/or coordinators?

Not to worry. We have built a top-flight team of 60+ team members (January 2022) and have the capacity to scale up a team quickly. On multiple occasions we built teams of over 10 recruiting team members in a matter of weeks.


What happens after we fill the positions?
We typically work with 17 - 20 clients at any given time and are built for flexibility to ramp-up and down as needed, and we move onto the next project.


Who manages the assigned resources?
Completely depends on your preference. We have several veteran recruiting leaders and engagement managers who will help manage KPIs, provide metrics, and weekly reports. If you prefer to manage the resources directly, that’s ok as well.
