Senior Recruiter

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll handle the full cycle recruitment, from job posting, reviewing resumes, sourcing and messaging passive candidates (including technical roles), phone screens, and coordination of first-round interviews, up-to extending offers, depending on the project.

What you need

You should have at least 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting role, basic boolean skills, comfortable with Linkedin and other tools, and great on the phone. Good communication skills are a must. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

A criminal background check is required.
