Senior Sourcer/Researcher

 

What you'll do:

  • Build large pipelines of targeted candidates, including but not limited to Engineering (SWEs, IT, DevOps, Data, etc) and candidates from underrepresented minorities in IT (LGBTQ, Female, African American, Latinx)

  • Focus on U.S. territory

  • Coach and train junior researchers/sourcers

  • Participate in weekly meetings and keep daily interaction with US-based clients when needed

  • Present candidate data and market research when needed

  • Have flexible working hours with significant overlap with EST times

What you need

  • 5+ years experience sourcing for US positions

  • Expert level with Linkedin (advanced boolean search and Linkedin recruiter filters)

  • Experience searching and posting jobs on Github and Stackoverflow

  • Experience using Google x-ray, Social networks, and other platforms for sourcing

  • Familiar with email search tools such as Contactout, Gem and Nymeria

  • Experience with google suite (Google docs, Google sheets)

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a “lab scientist” mentality for testing and implementing the best tools and practices to find talent beyond Linkedin
